How can we help?

Review email marketing lists and website connections

The Email marketing page connects Builder customer information with eMailSense mailing lists and campaigns. Check the account and subscription status shown before investigating a particular list or website form.

Find the list controls

  1. Open Orders & Customers → eMail Marketing.
  2. Review the Account and Subscription status.
  3. Under Synchronise your existing customers, find Create New Mailing List.
  4. Review Your Email Lists and open the intended list’s settings when you need to inspect its scope.
  5. Use Exclude email domains when reviewing which addresses or domains are excluded from synchronisation.

Review the intended audience

The page describes list settings for manually added subscribers, auto-syncing, customer groups and customers who placed orders without registering. Confirm the intended audience and exclusions before synchronising or sending.

Campaigns and website forms

Go to your eMailSense dashboard opens the campaign workspace. Creating a list is separate from preparing and sending a campaign.

The page also lists Connected websites and Update your websites. Its form guidance points to Global Settings → General, where the eMailSense website script is a master control for showing its pop-up forms.

Example: a form does not appear

Check the intended website’s connection, then the master script setting. Keep that separate from whether an existing customer is included in a mailing-list sync. Note the site, form and list involved before changing multiple settings.

Suggested setup sequence

Review the account and current service terms, prepare the intended list and audience, confirm the sending domain, then prepare the campaign. Website subscription forms are a separate optional route for visitors to join a list.

Find help for the affected part

Keep the account, affected list/form/campaign, exact message and time when asking for help. Do not include passwords or subscriber details in a public support request.
