How can we help?

Add selected customers to an email list

Use manual selection when you need specific customer records rather than a whole group. Confirm which list will receive them before opening the selector.

Select the intended customers

  1. Open the intended mailing list in Builder’s Email marketing page.
  2. Choose Manually select customers.
  3. Review the Group, Sort by, Display and customer-search controls.
  4. Compare the intended names and addresses and select their checkboxes. Check what the visible select-all control covers before using it.
  5. Review the selected audience before Add. Adding transfers customer name/email information to the connected list and can interact with that list’s subscriber-message settings.
  6. Read any result/error message and reopen the subscriber list to confirm the actual outcome.

If a record was not added

The current path checks addresses/names and exclusions and can report already-existing addresses or provider errors. Keep the specific list and result while investigating. Do not repeatedly add the whole audience because a single address failed.

Example: a few customers from several groups

Use deliberate individual selection and verify the final membership. Choosing a group filter helps find records; it is separate from the list’s ongoing AutoSync group setting.
