How can we help?

Create the shop’s email marketing account

Builder’s Email marketing page shows whether an eMailSense account is already connected. Check that state before creating another account.

Review the current state

  1. Open eMail Marketing in Builder.
  2. Review the account/subscription messages. If an active account is already shown, use its existing lists and dashboard.
  3. If account creation is offered and intended, choose Create Account.

Prepare the account details

  1. Review Customer Name, First Name, Last Name and Email. Check prefilled shop information rather than assuming it identifies the intended account holder.
  2. Set and confirm the account password using the shop’s approved credential process.
  3. Review the current service terms and account/plan information before choosing Save account.
  4. Check the returned result and the Email marketing account status.

After the account is available

Create the intended mailing list and verify the actual sending-domain and campaign requirements in eMailSense before attempting a mailing. Account creation, list creation and campaign sending are separate tasks.

Work through the setup in order

  1. Check the intended account and current plan and allowances. Confirm the applicable terms rather than assuming an older free-account offer applies.
  2. Create or identify the intended mailing list, then review its customer-sync scope. Check actual membership and subscriber status; creating a list does not establish that every intended customer has been added or is eligible for a mailing.
  3. Prepare the domain for the intended From address. Inspect the current required records and verification results. A connected WebShop address is a separate setup.
  4. Prepare the campaign with the intended audience, sender, content and timing. Review the complete release summary before using a send or schedule action.
  5. After an intended release, check the actual campaign state and results. Account creation and a completed setup form do not confirm delivery.

For example, if the account already exists but its list is empty, start by checking that list’s identity and sync scope. Creating another account or launching a campaign is not the next step for resolving missing subscribers.

If creation fails

Keep the exact error and the intended account email for support. Check whether an account already exists before submitting another creation request. Do not treat an older support-page price or subscriber allowance as the current plan.

Create a mailing list · Review the integration.
