Investigate email-list synchronisation
Start with the specific list and result. A saved sync setting, a request completing and a subscriber appearing in the email service are different checks.
Check the configuration
- Review the Email marketing Account and Subscription status.
- Identify the exact list and its subscriber count.
- Check the group selection, AutoSync state and Include customers from orders choice.
- Review shop/global exclusions and the intended source records.
- Compare the actual subscriber list and any per-address error with what you expected.
Read the result
An already-existing address is a different result from an invalid record or no provider response. Use the reported detail to investigate the affected record. Do not assume that closing a dialog cancels a sync or that repeating a whole list will repair one failed address.
Automatic versus manual operation
Manual Sync and Manually select customers are separate from automatic synchronisation. If new records are missing, give support the list name, selected customer group, when you expected the records to appear and any exact error messages. This helps support investigate the missing updates.
Keep the scope clear
Changing the group, excluding order contacts, disabling AutoSync or adding exclusions does not remove existing subscribers. Check actual membership before using the list as a narrower audience. Sending-domain verification and a campaign’s own send status are separate investigations.
