  • Do I need to provide my credit card details to start my free trial?

    No. All you need is your name and email address and you can immediately start the 14 day free trial. You'll only be asked to enter your payment details and choose a ShopTill-e plan once your free trial has ended and you wish to proceed.
  • Does the price for the Online Shop include hosting?

    Yes. Website hosting is included, as well as FREE SSL certificate for a fast, stable and safe shopping experience. However if you have a high volume, high traffic ecommerce website then talk to us to discuss, just in case you need additional bandwidth.*
  • Do I need to pay extra for additional features like promotions or discounts?

    No. One of ShopTill-e's amazing qualities is that you get access to all of ShopTill-e's great features from day one. We want you to get the most out of ShopTill-e so all the superb functionality is included in each plan as soon as you create your account!
  • Do I have to sell the same products online and in-store?

    No. You only need to add your products once into your account and then you choose where you want your products to appear - in your epos, in your ecommerce website, or both.
  • Can I use my own domain name?

    Yes. You can link your chosen domain in the control panel and your online shop will work under that domain.
  • Does the price for the ShopTill-e ePOS system include hardware?

    No. ShopTill-e ePOS does not include the cost of your hardware but our ePOS is super flexible and will probably work with the point of sale hardware you already have. However if you do need POS hardware then talk to us as we can help.
  • How do I sell my products through Internet marketplaces?

    ShopTill-e is currently integrated with our partner, ChannelUnity, so you can sell on Internet Marketplaces. Set-up your Channel Unity / ShopTill-e account to get preferential rates. List your chosen products on your chosen marketplaces and everything is automatically synched between ChannelUnity and your ShopTill-e account so there's no duplication or double entry of products.
  • Does ShopTill-e work for multiple outlets / locations?

    Yes. Our Multi Outlet option allows you to run and manage multiple different stock locations and outlets which are powered from one ShopTill-e account / catalogue. *Additional outlets are subject to a plan fee of £35 for each additional location. Simply start with and only pay for what you need now and add more locations / outlets as your business grows.
  • Does ShopTill-e work for multiple online shops?

    Yes. Our Multi Webshop option allows you to publish multiple different online shops (different domains, different design/theme, different content, products etc) which are powered from one ShopTill-e account/catalogue. *Additional webshops are subject to a plan fee of £35 for each additional online shop. Simply start with and only pay for what you need now and add more online shops as your business grows.
  • What payment providers does ShopTill-e work with?

    PayPal, Stripe and Secure Trading for ShopTill-e ecommerce websites and our ePOS is fully synced with Paymentsense for easier and faster integrated payments or you can use your existing payment provider.
  • Can I import my existing products into ShopTill-e to save time and effort?

    Yes. ShopTill-e can support any number of products and you can easily import a csv file containing your existing products into your ShopTill-e account.
  • Can you help me set-up my ShopTill-e ePOS and online shop?
