How can we help?

Review an email list’s sync scope

Open the intended list before changing who is synchronised. The list name, group scope, automatic syncing and order-contact inclusion are separate controls.

Choose the audience

  1. Open eMail Marketing → Your Email Lists and the intended list.
  2. Review the group selector, including All and the named customer groups.
  3. For an intended change, select the appropriate scope and check the refreshed result. This selector saves its change immediately; there is no separate overall save for it.

Review AutoSync

  1. Read the list’s current AutoSync On/Off state.
  2. Select Change, choose the intended state, then use its Save control.
  3. Reopen the list and verify the state. Use that editor’s Cancel before saving if you were only inspecting the choices.

Review order contacts

Include customers from orders has its own Change, Yes/No and Save controls. For automatic synchronisation, guest-order contacts are considered only when All groups is selected and order-contact inclusion is enabled. Selecting a named group limits automatic additions to registered customers in that group, even if the order-contact switch remains enabled. Review the intended audience before including additional contacts.

Run an intended synchronisation

Check the group and exclusions first, then use Sync for the intended list. Review the resulting subscriber list/count and any errors. Changing the scope affects future additions; it does not remove existing subscribers.

Example: narrowing All to Trade

Selecting Trade limits future automatic additions to registered Trade customers. It does not remove people previously added under All. Review the actual existing membership before using the list for a trade-only mailing.

Review excluded domains · Investigate missing subscribers.
