Review email marketing plan allowances
Review the current eMailSense plan before planning a mailing or increasing its audience. Use the intended account’s subscription terms and the service’s current plan information.
Check the current account
- Open Builder’s Email marketing page and review its Account and Subscription status.
- Identify the intended account and its current plan in the service’s current subscription information.
- Check the actual subscriber usage, how usage is counted and the allowance that applies to this billing period.
- Check any separate sending limits, feature restrictions and over-limit behaviour before preparing a larger campaign.
Before choosing another plan
Compare the required audience and mailing frequency with the current quoted allowance. Review the price, currency, tax treatment, billing period, renewal, effective date and change/cancellation terms shown for the intended account. Confirm uncertain details with ShopTill-e before authorising a purchase.
Example: several mailing lists
If one address appears in two lists, check whether the service counts unique addresses or list memberships. Do not infer billable usage by simply adding visible list counts. Confirm how unsubscribed or inactive records affect the plan.
If a campaign is blocked
Keep the exact message, current plan and usage evidence for support. Distinguish an account/subscription issue from a list-sync error or sending-domain problem. Avoid repeated sends or account creation as a way to clear an allowance warning.
