Marketplace integration contains connection settings and operations for ChannelUnity. Review account identity, catalogue identifier choices and export actions as separate parts of the connection.

Find the connection settings

1. Open Global Settings → Market Integration.
2. Review Enable ChannelUnity Integration? and the merchant/user account fields.
3. Review Use SKU as EAN and Generate SKU code before planning any identifier change.
4. Find the Connection and exports actions for the next stage of the checked setup process.

Connection and export actions

The current controls include Validate User, Connect Store, Export categories, Export products, Export Attributes and Manage Marketplace Fields. Treat validation, connecting and exporting as different operations rather than clicking each one to investigate an uncertain connection.

Product data is a separate layer

The product editor has a Marketplaces Data tab. Check the required product fields and channel requirements alongside the connection. A valid account does not prove every product is ready for every marketplace.

Example: a product has not appeared

Record the intended channel, SKU and connection/export outcome. Compare the product’s fields and mapping before changing identifiers or repeating a catalogue export. Leave passwords out of screenshots or support messages.
