Use the blog section for articles, news and updates. Prepare the text and images first, then review the publication choices before saving.

Prepare the new article

1. Open WebShop → Articles / News / Blog → Blog Posts.
2. Check the intended Storefront, then choose Add new blog post.
3. On Content, enter a clear Title and write the Blog Content.
4. Use headings, paragraphs, lists and media and descriptive links. Check factual claims, product availability and destinations.
5. If you use the AI writing tools, review the resulting wording before saving or publishing it.
6. Open Publishing & settings and review Date/Time, Summary, Categories and Image.
7. Choose Published? → No when you intend to retain an unpublished article, or Yes only when publication is intended. Check Comments open? separately.
8. Review every field and the intended storefront. Use Cancel to leave without saving, or Save changes & close for the intended record.
9. Reopen the article and compare its stored text, category/image choices and publication state. Check the actual storefront result and post address before sharing a link.

Example: prepare an update before release

Write a seasonal range announcement with Published set to No while you check the products and images. When the wording and selling availability are ready, review the article's publication settings deliberately. Do not rely on changing Date/Time alone to release it at a future time.

Choose categories and photographs for their purpose

Article categories are blog browsing groups, separate from product departments. Use the featured Image for the post's selected illustration and Insert Image for a picture within the text. Uploading or deleting a shared library image can take effect separately from the post's Save/Cancel controls.

If the article is missing or unexpectedly visible

Check the intended storefront, saved Published state, date, category and actual address. Keep the exact link and result for support. Do not repeatedly save or change dates without checking which record is being shown.
