Draft a blog article with AI
Prepare an article title that describes the subject you actually want to cover. Keep a copy of the current title and body before requesting alternatives.
Review the title
- Open WebShop → Articles / News / Blog → Blog Posts.
- Choose the intended storefront and post, or the intended new-post form.
- On Content, review the required Title.
- If you intend to request a title rewrite, choose its Improve with AI. In the blog editor this starts the title request directly, rather than opening the product-style options first.
- Review the returned title before using it as the basis of the article.
Request an outline
- Select Generate Your Blog Content with AI.
- Review Select Formality and Select Tone.
- Choose the intended approximate Blog length. Treat it as an aim rather than an exact word count.
- Use Go when you intend to request the outline.
- Review the Blog sections list. Edit, delete or move the proposed section titles to match the intended subject and sequence.
Generate and edit the article
- Review the whole outline before choosing Confirm.
- Confirm starts the content-generation stage. Follow the actual progress/results; closing the dialog is not proof that an in-progress request was cancelled.
- Review the resulting body in the article editor. Check that every intended section is present.
- Correct facts, names, dates, product claims and links. Add your own examples and remove repetition or irrelevant sections.
- Review Summary, Categories, Image, Date/Time, Published? and Comments open? separately in Publishing & settings.
- Save only when the intended draft/publication settings and text are ready, then reopen and check the relevant storefront output.
Example: a practical buying guide
For an article about choosing a bag for everyday use, review an outline around size, what it needs to carry, closure and care. Remove sections that imply services or product ranges you do not offer. Verify every material or care claim against the products you actually sell.
If generation stops or leaves gaps
Keep the title, selected options and exact progress/error message. Inspect the body before retrying; the presence of a completion message does not establish that every section contains useful text. Preserve existing content and review the usage allowance before another request.
