MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PLAN

You can change your ShopTill-e Subscription Plan at any time by clicking the 'Change your plan link' Active cards and invoices are shown. To add a new payment card to pay your subscription click the 'Add new card' button at the top of the screen:

After clicking the add new card button enter complete the form:

A summary of each invoice is displayed after clicking the pencil icon next to each invoice. From this screen you can access a 'Printable version' of each invoice:


To cancel your ShopTill-e account simply remove your payment card by clicking the X next to the payment card/s you have registered within Settings > Subscription.
VERY IMPORTANT: Removing your payment card will trigger your account to be closed/cancelled. This will mean that after a short period ALL of the data/information stored within your account will be deleted so it is essential that you ensure that you have copied/downloaded everything you need beforehand.
