Review AI content usage and allowance
Review the allowance for the current shop instead of treating a support example as a universal plan limit.
Find the current figures
- Open Global Settings → Subscription.
- Check Current plan for the intended shop.
- Under AI usage, review Limit and Used in this month.
- Record the displayed figures and relevant time if you need support to investigate a mismatch.
If an allowance message appears
An AI action can show an allowance or trial-limit message instead of writing options. Read the actual message before retrying. Trial and paid-account messages are different; do not assume every account has the same limit or upgrade choices.
Additional allowance is a separate decision
If an AI Monthly Usage Plan selection is offered, review the actual plan description, price, allowance, tax and billing terms before an authorised selection. Select submits a plan action; it is not just a preview of the writing tool. Use Cancel if you only intended to review options.
Example: repeated alternatives
Several title rewrites, a blog outline and a multi-section article are separate requests. Check actual usage rather than assuming that only the final saved article counts. Confirm the current accounting rules if you need to estimate an allowance.
If usage or access looks wrong
Keep the shop/plan, displayed limit/usage, action attempted and exact message for support. Do not submit a purchase or create another account simply to clear a writing-tool error. Ask for the current reset, failed-request and extra-allowance rules when they are unclear.
