How can we help?

Prepare to cancel your ShopTill-e account

Contact support to confirm the current cancellation process, effective date, final billing and what happens to stored data and connected services before making account changes.

Prepare the request

  1. Identify the exact shop and the person authorised to request closure.
  2. Record the services you currently use, including the till, WebShop, domains, email and any connected services.
  3. Ask support to confirm notice requirements, remaining charges and the date each service will stop.
  4. Confirm what data can be exported, which records you must retain, and the applicable retention and deletion arrangements.
  5. Use the data-export guidance and subscription invoice guide to download and check the records you need before the agreed loss of access. Confirm with support which additional records or files your business needs to keep.
  6. Arrange any domain, email or other service move before closure and confirm the new arrangements work.

Obtain confirmation

Keep support’s confirmation of the requested account, closure date, billing position and data arrangements. Removing a payment card alone is not confirmation that cancellation has completed.

Example: keeping a business email address

If enquiries arrive through an email address associated with the shop, decide where that service will continue and verify the replacement before the agreed closure. Keeping an invoice copy does not preserve an email service.

If you already removed a card

Contact support with the shop details and relevant time to confirm the account’s actual state and next steps. Do not infer a guaranteed retention period or automatic restoration from continued access to one screen.

Keep subscription invoices · Review connected email.
