Review integrated till-payment settings
POS Payment Settings manages the integrated terminal connection and registered terminal records. It is separate from the WebShop Payment Methods list.
Review the connection
- Open Global Settings → ePOS Payments.
- Under General settings, review the integrated-terminal enable choice.
- Identify the Host Address and Merchant API Key fields as connection settings. Use the checked setup details for your account, without exposing the key in a screenshot.
- Under Terminal settings, review the registered terminals and their identity.
Terminal actions
The page offers Update terminal list and per-terminal Edit and Report actions. Identify the intended terminal before using them. A configured terminal name is not the same thing as proof that a particular card transaction completed.
Example: a till uses an unexpected terminal
Record the till, outlet, terminal identity and connection message. Compare the intended assignment before changing host settings or refreshing the terminal list. Check the actual payment result before asking a customer to pay again.
Report and receipt paths
Terminal reporting, the till’s X/Z reports and receipt printing are separate workflows. Confirm which output you need and whether a prior operation already completed before repeating an action for a missing print.

Use the section links
General settings and Terminal settings take you to the relevant sections of POS Payment Settings. Moving between sections does not itself establish or test a terminal connection. Keep the intended till and terminal identity with any connection query.
