Print a customer loyalty card
The customer directory can produce a loyalty-card page when loyalty functionality is available. Check identity before printing. Card output is separate from earning or spending points.
Check the identifier
- Find the customer in Orders & Customers → Customer List.
- Compare name, email and customer reference.
- If needed, use Edit to review Customer/Loyalty Card ID. Keep the existing identifier unless you intend to change it; a change can affect an existing card.
- Save any intended record update and reopen it to check the identifier before printing.
Open and print
- Select Print Loyalty Card on the intended row.
- Check the customer, barcode and shop details in the output.
- Use the browser print command if a print dialog has not opened.
- Choose printer and stock, then check preview, scale, margins and orientation against your layout.
- Print a sample and scan it through your normal customer-selection workflow. Confirm the correct customer is selected.
This uses the existing card layout; it is not a card designer. Successful printing still needs an identity and scanning check.
If the action is missing
Review whether loyalty is enabled and available in your account. Do not change credit limits or group prices to make printing appear. See account and loyalty settings.
Troubleshooting
- If output does not open, check the browser’s blocked-window notice.
- If the wrong customer appears, close it and locate the correct record before issuing the card.
- If the barcode is clipped, blurred or fails to scan, check layout, scaling, stock and quality. Preserve the saved identifier while investigating.
- Keep the customer reference, sample and printer details for support.
