The ShopTill-e ePOS provides the ability for you override the selling prices for individual product lines

In the ePOS / Till you can override the selling price of individual product lines using the price over-ride function (the pencil icon) next to each product in a ePOS Order:

This gives you the ability to set a specific custom price using the price text field:
