Report on product-line fulfilment status

Orders - Product Status helps you investigate item-level preparation or fulfilment work. A product-line label and the overall order status answer different questions.

Run the view

  1. Open Reports → Orders - Product Status.
  2. Check Report type and set the intended Date range, including its start and end times.
  3. Choose Product status, or use All statuses for a wider view.
  4. Select Run report.
  5. Compare the resulting order and item references with the underlying order before taking a fulfilment action.

Example: ready for collection

If your shop uses a Ready for collection line label, select it to investigate the relevant items. If an order contains more than one item or unit, check which ones have that label. Finding one matching item does not establish that the complete order is ready.

If an expected item is absent

  1. Check the date range and the exact label used by your shop.
  2. Run a wider comparison with All statuses to distinguish the status filter from the period.
  3. Open the underlying order and inspect the intended product, option and unit assignment.
  4. Keep the order reference and the expected line label with your support query.

Reporting and fulfilment are separate tasks

The report’s Product status filter selects rows; it does not change the underlying line status. Check the order’s actual status and notification history separately. A Ready for collection result does not prove that an email was sent, payment was received or a shipment was created.
