Review and register a new WebShop domain
The Domains page offers a route to buy a new domain as well as a route to connect one you already own. Make sure you are using the intended option.
Prepare the registration
Decide the exact spelling and domain ending. Have the intended owner’s contact details ready and review the current price, registration period and renewal arrangements. The registration flow requires a valid payment card on the ShopTill-e account.
Check the available name
- Open WebShop → Domains and choose Add a domain.
- Select I'd like to buy this domain.
- Enter the requested name and select the intended domain ending. Do not include http:// or www.
- Review the displayed price for that ending.
- Choose Check if this domain is available and read the actual result.
Review before buying
- If the name is available, check the full domain again, including its ending.
- Enter the registrant’s name, email, telephone number, organisation where applicable and postal address, including country.
- Review the amount and the warning that Register domain charges the account’s card. Resolve any uncertainty about ownership, tax, renewal or cancellation terms before proceeding.
- Choose Register domain only when you intend to make that purchase.
- Read the result and check the domain record and related invoice or confirmation.
After registration
Confirm the intended default address and arrange any remaining website and HTTPS setup. Registration confirmation alone does not demonstrate that every customer-facing address and checkout journey is ready.
Example: Compare the full requested address
If the same business name is offered with two different domain endings, review the complete address and displayed price before registering. Availability of one ending does not confirm availability of the other.
If the result is unclear
Keep the exact requested name, result and time, then ask support to check the registration and charge before retrying. An availability result is different from a completed purchase.
