Create a full shop email mailbox
Choose a full mailbox when you need an inbox and login for the shop address. Choose a forwarding address instead when messages should go to an existing mailbox.
Prepare the account
Confirm the eligible domain appears in the account’s selector, the intended owner can access the service, and the account has a valid payment card. Review the current mailbox charge and service terms before proceeding.
Add the mailbox
- Open Global Settings → Email Accounts and choose Add email account.
- Enter the local part of the address, such as sales, and select the intended domain.
- Select Full mailbox.
- Complete First Name and Surname.
- Enter the intended password in Password and repeat it in Password (again). Keep it private.
- Check the address, service choice and displayed charge, then choose Add email address only for the intended account.
- Read the result and check the address appears in Connected accounts.
Open and check the account details
The account detail view can show webmail, server, username, port and a password. Treat the whole view as private: do not share a populated screenshot. Use the details confirmed for this account when arranging webmail or an email application; ask support for any missing secure connection settings.
Example: a shared sales inbox
Decide who should access the inbox and how they will handle enquiries before setting it up. A mailbox is a separate service from the business contact email stored in Builder and from automatic shop email templates.
If login or delivery fails
Check the complete address, intended login and actual error. Arrange a controlled incoming and outgoing test after setup. Ask support to check an unclear provisioning result before adding the same mailbox again. Never include the password in a support message.

If the domain dropdown has no choices
Check the domain selector beside the address before completing the rest of the form. If it has no available domain, use Close and ask support to confirm eligibility for the exact domain and account. A website address appearing in the domain directory does not by itself confirm that this email form can use it. Keep the domain name and the empty-selector state with your query; leave passwords out of any screenshot.
