Create a forwarding address for your shop
A forwarding address routes mail to another email address. It is different from a full mailbox with its own inbox and login.
Before adding the address
Confirm that the intended domain is available in the account’s domain selector and that the destination mailbox is correct and accessible. This flow offers eligible domains registered through ShopTill-e and requires a valid payment card on the account. Review current terms before adding the service.
Add the forwarder
- Open Global Settings → Email Accounts.
- Choose Add email account.
- Enter the local part of the new address, such as sales, and select the intended domain beside it.
- Select Email forwarder.
- Enter the complete Forwarding address, including its domain.
- Check the resulting shop address and destination together, then choose Add email address when you intend to create it.
- Read the result and find the new address under Connected accounts. Check its forwarding destination.
Example: sales enquiries
For a sales address, enter sales as the local part and choose the shop’s domain. Put the existing mailbox that should receive enquiries in Forwarding address. The destination must be a complete email address, not just another local name.
Check delivery
Arrange a controlled test message from a separate address, confirm it reaches the intended mailbox and check that mailbox’s spam folder if needed. Do not assume forwarding also gives you a separate inbox or the ability to send as the shop address.
If you cannot add it
Check domain eligibility, the account’s payment-card requirement, spelling and any exact error. Ask support to investigate an unclear result before repeating the add. Keep passwords and unrelated message content out of screenshots.

If the domain dropdown has no choices
Check the domain selector beside the address before completing the rest of the form. If it has no available domain, use Close and ask support to confirm eligibility for the exact domain and account. A website address appearing in the domain directory does not by itself confirm that this email form can use it. Keep the domain name and the empty-selector state with your query; leave passwords out of any screenshot.
