This guide describes the Heathers theme controls. Open WebShop → Choose your Theme, identify the intended storefront’s Current theme and select Edit settings. Other themes can offer different fields.

Review Social Networks

1. Choose Social Networks.
2. Review the expected format for each field: X/Twitter username, Facebook (full URL), Instagram username, Pinterest username and Youtube (full URL).
3. Enter the profile information in the format the field requests.
4. Save the intended change and test the resulting footer links.

Example: username versus address

A username field and a full-URL field ask for different input. Check the field label before pasting a profile address. Confirm that the resulting link opens your business profile rather than a similarly named account.

If an icon is missing or points to the wrong account

The editor says icons appear in the footer when values are entered. Check the saved field, input format and actual destination. Confirm you edited the theme for the intended website.

For an intended update, use Save changes, reopen the settings and check the relevant storefront on desktop and mobile. Use Cancel when you only need to review the settings.

Match the expected format

Use the named account in X/Twitter username, Instagram username and Pinterest username. Facebook (full URL) and Youtube (full URL) ask for the complete address. Check the actual profile link after saving; a plausible username does not establish that it belongs to your business.

One save across the theme tabs

Homepage, Headings, Settings, SEO, Styles, Social Networks, KSP Strip and the banner tabs belong to the same settings form. Switching tabs does not save. Review changes across all tabs before Save changes, then reopen the correct theme and inspect its storefront. Cancel or Close leaves without another settings save; it does not reverse an earlier save or independent image-library action.
