How can we help?

Add a shipping destination

A shipping destination identifies a delivery country and, where enabled, a customer-group scope. Review the current destination list before adding a duplicate.

Prepare the destination

  1. Open WebShop → Countries & Shipping.
  2. Review the intended country and any Rest of world rates already listed.
  3. Select Add shipping destination.
  4. Choose Country. The selector also offers All EU countries; review that broader scope before choosing it.
  5. If shown, review Customer Group. Choose the intended group rather than inferring audience from a rate name.

Choose the initial rate

Create default shipping rate? offers Yes/No. For an intended flat charge, review Yes and enter its numeric amount in Default shipping rate, using the displayed currency. This field is a charge amount, not a shipping-service code.

If you intend to build bands separately, review No. A destination without defined rates is not a completed shipping setup; inspect it and add the intended rates before relying on checkout availability.

Save and check

  1. Review the country/group and initial amount.
  2. Select Save changes & close for the intended addition.
  3. Check the actual result and destination list. If you chose a country collection, inspect each resulting destination rather than assuming one success means every intended country was added.
  4. Open the destination’s rates and check the resulting title, basis, limits and amount.
  5. Check a representative basket/address/customer group before making delivery promises.

If the destination already exists

Find the existing country/group configuration and review its rates instead of adding another record. Keep the exact error and selection for support. Do not delete an existing destination just to clear an add error.

Configure rate bands · Review delivery availability.

Check the starting choices

The new-destination form starts with Country: - Select -. In the example account, Create default shipping rate? starts at Yes, with a blank amount, and Customer Group starts at None. Make each intended choice explicitly. Selecting No hides the default amount field; selecting a country collection is a broader change than selecting one country.

Check additional basket conditions

If Basket conditions is present, review it before saving. It contains Extra check of basket, Type, Min. value, Max. value, Check items, Extra field and Filter value. Do not enable an unfamiliar condition to solve a missing delivery option: record the existing choices and check the intended basket first. Use Cancel when only inspecting the form.
