Verifying Your Sending Domain

Before you can send email messages from your eMailSense account, your sending domain needs to be verified. This is needed to ensure your emails reach your customers' inboxes, so it's essential to complete this step. 

Within the eMailSense dashboard, in the navigation menu go to "Sending", click "Sending domains" in this page click the "+ New sending domain" button and enter your domain name without any prefix i.e. do not include https://www etc and save.

In the next screen, if your domain is already managed by ShopTill-e scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the  button, this will automatically add the DNS records to your domain. Wait for a couple of minutes then click the  button. You should see the status change from to  (in Green) for each DNS record.

Your domain has now been verified. You can now create and send your first email campaign.
