If you intend to sell different prices to different customer groups e.g. 'Trade' and 'Public' where your trade prices will be lower than the retail price to the public, it is important to consider how you add your prices into your ecommerce website.
ShopTill-e's 'Advanced Pricing ' & 'Customer Group ' function allows you to override your base product prices (including the prices associated with variants) for any customer groups that you have set up, so you need to start by entering your lowest selling prices, as the override adds money to the base price of the product and or variants selected.
With 'Advanced Pricing' & 'Customer Group' enabled in each product you will then see an ‘Advanced Pricing’ tab and on a group by group basis you can add a price override:
