There are plenty of ways to add content to your ShopTill-e eCommerce website, the things you sell are all controlled within your product catalogue via the departments/categories and products you add and the general content such as about us, T&C's etc can also be added and edited easily. There is a built-in blog/news section, menu manager and of course an easy to use editor to add/update your content pages.
Content Pages
Each content page in your eCommerce website can be easily managed from this section. Simply click on the 'eye' icon to open up the content page editing mode window. From this window, you can edit the title and content (among other things) for the page. You can also insert images into the page by clicking on the 'Insert image' icon link in the text editor. To resize an image, simply click and drag on it in the editor to change its size. You can also set the meta title, keywords and description for the page from the 'advanced' tab.
News
You can keep your customers up to date with the latest happenings in your shop... if your Online Shop template supports it, this is where you can add/edit/remove news articles.
Blog
ShopTill-e enables you to have a full blog system integrated into your Online shop. You can add/edit blog categories and posts, without the need for integrating a third party system into your ecommerce website. You can also enable your customers to comment on blog posts (don't worry, you can moderate them before they appear on the site!).
Gallery
ShopTill-e enables you to have add images galleries to show off whatever you need.
Menu Manager
We've made it as simple as possible to manage the menus in your ecommerce website. Essentially, each Online shop template has various menus in use. To add items to a menu, simply click on the 'Add item to this menu' link below the relevant menu. Each menu item is one of 4 types:
- Page - this is a link to one of your content pages (e.g. the 'about us' page)
- Product - this links the menu item to a specific product in your Online shop
- Category - this links the menu item to a category in your Online shop
- URL - to link to any external site URL/page, use this option and enter the full URL in the text box provided
